Why ‘spira’?
spira is a Latin command meaning ‘Breathe!’ and the order is purposeful. The Latin noun spiritus means both ‘breath’ and ‘life’ and the Romans weren’t wrong to link these two ideas together ; the first and last action we take as humans is to breathe.

Why me?
Welcome! I’m Olly and I know, as a qualified lawyer and experienced secondary school teacher, that lawyers, school pupils and staff face huge challenges in stressful, fast-paced roles. I also know, from personal experience, just how much breathwork can help.
I’m passionate about helping others manage stress and thrive. With my teaching experience and understanding of yoga and breathwork, I combine my skills to teach others to learn to help themselves.
